儿童的个别特征与教育心理的个别特征是指人们的心理特征,如性格、兴趣和能力等方面的差异。心理学研究证明,儿童接受能力的差异性是客观存在的。它固然同一个人的先天素质有关,但主要是后天的社会实践造成的。人的智力和才能的强弱,在一定条件下是可以转化的。教师要善于识别和培养才能早期出现的人,促进儿童向积极方面转化,这是发现和培养杰出人才的需要。
Individual characteristics of children and educational psychology of individual characteristics refers to people’s psychological characteristics, such as personality, interests and abilities and other differences. Psychological studies have shown that children’s ability to accept the difference is an objective reality. Although it is related to the innate qualities of the same person, it is mainly caused by acquired social practice. The strength of human intelligence and talent, under certain conditions, can be transformed. Teachers should be good at identifying and cultivating people who can emerge in the early stage and promoting the transformation of children into positive aspects. This is the need of finding and cultivating outstanding talents.
