近年来 ,胰岛素样生长因子 Ⅰ (ｉｎｓｕｌｉｎ ｌｉｋｅｇｒｏｗｔｈｆａｃ ｔｏｒ Ｉ,ＩＧＦ Ｉ)在认知功能中的作用日益受到重视。许多研究显示 ,ＩＧＦ Ｉ与认知功能具有十分密切的关系。现就这方面的研究进展作一综述。一、ＩＧＦ Ｉ的一般特性ＩＧＦ Ｉ
