目的掌握张家口市宣化区居民食用碘盐的情况,为制定消除碘缺乏病防治措施提供科学依据。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》,2010﹣2012年对辖区内居民食用的碘盐进行随机抽查和结果分析。结果 2010-2012年共监测居民户盐样864份,合格842份,居民的碘盐覆盖率为99.2%、碘盐合格率为98.2%、合格碘盐食用率为97.5%。结论张家口市宣化区居民食用碘盐的合格率比较高,但还有一定非碘盐的存在,建议职能部门加大监督力度,加强对居民正确使用碘盐的宣传教育。
Objective To understand the situation of residents using iodized salt in Xuanhua District of Zhangjiakou City to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and cure measures for iodine deficiency disorders. Methods According to “National Iodized Salt Surveillance Program”, random sampling and analysis of iodized salt of residents in the area from 2010 to 2012 were conducted. Results A total of 864 salt samples were obtained from residents in 2012-2012, 842 of which were qualified. The iodized salt coverage of residents was 99.2%, that of iodized salt was 98.2% and that of qualified iodized salt was 97.5%. Conclusion The residents of Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou City, eat iodized salt pass rate is relatively high, but there are still some non-iodized salt, it is recommended that functional departments to increase supervision and strengthen the proper use of iodized salt residents of the publicity and education.
