古希腊哲学家赫拉克利特的“逻各斯学说”认为:“万物是永远变的……”。教学是教师教学生学的过程,更是师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的过程。师生在教学过程中,是分享彼此的思考、经验和认识。交流彼此的情感和观点、体验达到共识、共享、教学相长和共同发展的目的。因而,上课已不是单向的付出,而是生命活动、专业成长和自我实现的过程。教师如何敏锐地、机智地去开发受教育者的自身潜能,发展个性化教育,成为了当前教育改革的热点问题。
Ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus “logos theory ” that: “Everything is always changing ...... ”. Teaching is the process by which teachers teach students and it is the process of teacher-student interaction, positive interaction and common development. Teachers and students in the teaching process, is to share each other’s thinking, experience and understanding. Exchange each other’s emotions and opinions, and experience the purpose of reaching consensus, sharing, teaching, and common development. Therefore, the class is not a one-way pay, but life activity, professional growth and self-realization process. How keenly and wisely teachers develop their potential and develop individualized education has become a hot issue in current education reform.
