本文对“齿轮——连杆”式断屑装置的工作原理、运动计算、断屑条件以及断屑的可靠性和经济性进行了初步探讨。 试验表明:这种断制方法是一种不受切削条件限制的可靠断屑方法。只要能满足断屑条件,无论是车外园、搪孔、切槽、切断均能达到自动断屑的目的。切削中消耗的功率可比普通切屑降低14%左右,切削区平均温度较低,刀具耐用度有所提高。当不需要断屑时,可通过调整使“齿一杆”机构不起作用,从而保持了车床工作的万能性。 与其他断屑装置相比它不需要另加动力源不必更换刀台因而便于推广应用。 但在相同的切削条件下,加工出的工件表面光洁度比普通切削要低一级左右,故适用于粗加工和半精加工高强度,高韧性的难加工材料。
In this paper, the working principle, motion calculation, chip breaking conditions and the reliability and economy of chip breaking are discussed. Tests show that this method of cutting is a reliable method of chip breaking free from cutting conditions.
