这几年,我县各级都在注重村级会计队伍的建设,全县408个行政村的村会计,在政治、业务素质方面都有明显提高。在政治素质方面,全县村会计中有党员301人,占总数的73.8％,团员29人,占总数的7.1％,他们在工作中,认真贯彻执行党和国家的各项经济政策、法令和制度,维护财经纪律,有70％以上的村会计因工作成绩显著,受到过各级政府和业务主管部门的表彰奖励。在文化程度方面:有高中及高中以上学历的131人,占总数的32.1％,初中学历的246人,占60.3％。随着农村改革的深入,核算层次越来越多,业务范围越来越大,多种核算体系和多种计酬分配方式并存,这就对村会计提出了更高的要求,为了适应形势,目前有165名村会计参加函授或农业广播
In recent years, all levels of our county have been paying attention to the construction of village-level accounting teams. The village accounting of 408 administrative villages throughout the county has been markedly improved both in politics and in business quality. In terms of political quality, there are 301 party members in the county’s village accounting, accounting for 73.8% of the total, and 29 members, accounting for 7.1% of the total. In their work, they earnestly implemented various economic policies and decrees of the party and the state System, and maintain financial and economic discipline. More than 70% of village accountants have received awards and honors from governments and business administrations at all levels for their outstanding performance. In terms of education level, there are 131 people with high school and high school education, accounting for 32.1% of the total. 246 people have junior high school education, accounting for 60.3% of the total.
