淋菌性结膜炎亦称脓漏性结膜炎,此病来势凶猛,症状典型,诊断并不困难,若未引起高度重视,也易误诊。笔者近一年间共收治11例新生儿淋菌性结膜炎,其中8例被当地误诊。现报告如下: 临床资料 8例均误诊为急性卡他性结膜炎。8例中男5例,女3例;年龄最小6天,最大18天;发病时间最早为出生后1天,最晚4天;误诊时间最短3天,最长15天。8例双眼同时发病,眼睑高度红肿,睑结膜高度充血,球结膜充血水肿。7例双眼出现大量稠厚黄色脓性分泌物,自睑裂流出,仅1例量
Gonococcal conjunctivitis also known as purulent conjunctivitis, the fierce and ferocious disease, the typical symptoms, the diagnosis is not difficult, if not attached great importance, but also easy to misdiagnosis. Nearly a year I treated a total of 11 cases of neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis, of which 8 cases were misdiagnosed locally. Now report as follows: 8 cases of clinical data were misdiagnosed as acute catarrhal conjunctivitis. 8 cases, 5 males and 3 females; the youngest 6 days, the largest 18 days; the onset of the earliest 1 day after birth, the latest 4 days; the shortest misdiagnosis time of 3 days, up to 15 days. 8 cases of both eyes at the same time, the eyelid highly inflamed, conjunctival hyperemia, conjunctival congestion and edema. A large number of thick yellow purulent secretions appeared in both eyes, only one case had eruption from palpebral fissure
