目的探讨无痛方法在人工流产术中的临床效果。方法选择我院2008年3月～2009年3月无痛人流及常规人流各230例,作为丙泊酚加芬太尼观察组和对照组,观察患者用药后的镇痛效果、人流综合征、术中出血、手术时间、可接受性等方面情况。结果丙泊酚加芬太尼用于人工流产镇痛,镇痛效果达92%以上,效果明显优于对照组。结论丙泊酚加芬太尼用于人工流产镇痛效果好,患者不良反应少,为人工流产较为理想的麻醉方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of painless method in artificial abortion. Methods 230 cases of painless and routine abortion in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2009 were selected as propofol plus fentanyl observation group and control group to observe the analgesic effect, Intraoperative bleeding, operation time, acceptability and so on. Results Propofol plus fentanyl for abortion analgesia, analgesic effect of more than 92%, the effect was significantly better than the control group. Conclusions Propofol plus fentanyl is effective in analgesia induced by induced abortion and has few side effects. It is an ideal anesthetic method for induced abortion.
