2013年12月26日至27日,全区经济暨城镇化工作会议在南宁举行。过去一年,我区坚持“稳中求进”工作总基调,统筹稳增长、调结构、促改革、惠民生,全区经济社会发展呈现出“稳中向好”的良好势头。全区地区生产总值预计达1.4万亿元,粮食总产量创8年来新高,造纸与木材加工业成为第9个千亿元产业,旅游总收入突破2000亿元,出口东盟增长36%左右,建成高铁里程1137公里……今年,我区要牢牢把握经济工作稳中求进、改革创新的核心要求,以“两个建成”为目标,加快转方式、调结构,切实提高经济发展质量和效益,推进新型城镇化建设,促进科学发展和民生改善。要在新的起点上大力实施“双核”驱动战略,加强扶贫、就业、社保、医疗卫生等保障和改善民生工作,在全面深化改革中推进行政审批制度、投融资体制、财税体制等9个方面的改革,在进一步扩大开放中谋划参与21世纪“海上丝绸之路”建设,加强与粤港澳合作,充分释放区位优势“红利”和改革“红利”。
From December 26 to December 27, 2013, the economic and urbanization conference of the entire district was held in Nanning. Quality and efficiency, promote new urbanization, and promote scientific development and improvement of people's livelihood. We should vigorously implement the “dual-core” drive strategy at the new starting point, strengthen the protection and improvement of people's livelihood through poverty alleviation, employment, social security and medical care, and promote the system of administrative examination and approval, the investment and financing system and the fiscal and taxation system in the overall deepening of the reform. We will make every effort to further promote the construction of the “Silk Road on the Sea” in the 21st century through further expansion of opening up, strengthen cooperation with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Maucao, and fully release the geographical advantages, “bonuses” and reforms, and “bonuses.”
