在传统高中体育教学中,教学延续的是以教师为主的“讲解、示范、练习”的“三段式”模式,这种教学依然以考试为方向,对学生的身心发展还是较为忽视。增进高中学生健康是高中体育教学的根本出发点,故而在高中体育教学中,教师必须转变传统的教学观念和模式,以新的教学模式来激活课堂,这样才能起到促进高中学生健康发展的目的。在高中体育教学中应用“六步教学法”旨在改变以往的教学模式,提高体育教学效率。
In the traditional high school physical education, the continuation of the teaching is the “three-stage” mode of “explaining, demonstrating and practicing” based on the teacher. This teaching still takes the examination as the direction and the students’ physical and mental development is still More overlooked. Therefore, to improve the health of senior high school students is the fundamental starting point of PE teaching in senior high school. Therefore, in the PE teaching of senior middle school, the teacher must change the traditional teaching concept and mode and activate the classroom with the new teaching mode in order to promote the healthy development of senior high school students. Applying “six-step teaching method” in high school physical education aims to change the previous teaching mode and improve the efficiency of physical education.
