医院财务管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,及时准确地获得财务数据,按照最高需求向院长提供医院的经济运行情况,对医院的经济决策非常重要。但受财务管理信息化程度的制约,我院财务管理仅停留在记账、算账上,远不能满足强化管理的需要。

Hospital financial management is an important component of hospital management. It obtains financial data in a timely and accurate manner and provides the president with the economic operation of the hospital according to the highest demand. It is very important for the economic decision-making of the hospital. However, due to the degree of informatization of financial management, the financial management of our hospital only stays in bookkeeping and accounting, and it is far from meeting the needs of strengthening management.
