通过熔融缩聚法,合成了聚酯二元醇聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA),用GPC测定了产物的分子量,利用IR,1HNMR表征产物结构。用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)对产物封端,合成了反应性增强剂TDI-PBA,并研究了TDI-PBA聚合物对纸张的增强作用。研究结果表明,采用浸渍法,当聚合物溶液质量分数为12%,熟化温度在100℃左右,熟化60min时,可有效改善纸张的物理性能,干强度提高44%,湿强达到原纸干强的35%,耐折度提高12倍,耐破度提高1倍。
Polyester glycol polybutylene adipate (PBA) was synthesized by melt polycondensation. The molecular weight of the product was determined by GPC. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1HNMR. The product was blocked with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) to synthesize the reactivity enhancer TDI-PBA, and the enhancement effect of TDI-PBA polymer on the paper was also studied. The results show that the impregnation method can effectively improve the physical properties of the paper when the mass fraction of the polymer solution is 12%, the aging temperature is about 100 ℃ and the aging time is 60min, the dry strength is increased by 44%, and the wet strength reaches the dryness of the base paper 35%, 12 fold increase in endurance, burst resistance increased by 1 times.
