文章阐述了一种智能化导流能力测量仪器的测试原理 ,包括进液系统、出液系统、高温高压平板夹持器、平板夹持器加载及载荷平衡系统、平板夹持器加热及其温度控制系统、参数测量系统、数据采集与处理系统等仪器的基本构成。指出该仪器可对不同来源的支撑剂性能进行分析评价 ,在压裂作业前对支撑剂进行优选和质量控制。其技术参数完全能满足油田开发和生产需求。
This paper describes the testing principle of an intelligent flow conductivity measuring instrument, including liquid inlet system, liquid outlet system, high temperature and pressure plate holder, plate holder loading and load balancing system, plate holder heating and its temperature Control system, parameter measurement system, data acquisition and processing system and other instruments. It is pointed out that this instrument can analyze and evaluate the properties of proppant from different sources and optimize and control the proppant before fracturing operation. Its technical parameters can fully meet the oilfield development and production needs.
