上海闵行面粉厂是上海市闵行区粮食局所属全民所有制企业,偏邻黄浦江的中上游。多年来该厂依靠科技进步,调整产品结构,根据市场需求,生产专用面粉,同时推行全质管理,使企业经济效益不断上升,1993年创利247万元,较1990年增长34％,人均创利13497元/人,较1990年增长60％,走在本市制粉行业的前列。该厂主要抓了二件大事。
Shanghai Minhang Flour Mill is a state-owned enterprise affiliated to the Minhang District Grain Bureau of Shanghai and is located on the middle and upper reaches of the Huangpu River. Over the years, the plant has relied on advances in science and technology to adjust its product structure and produce special flour according to market demand. At the same time, it has implemented full-quality management to increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. In 1993, it made profits of 2.47 million yuan, an increase of 34% over 1990, and the per capita profitability was 13497. Yuan/person, which is 60% more than in 1990, is at the forefront of the city’s milling industry. The plant mainly caught two major events.
