目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗正常射血分数心衰的效果。方法将患者随机分为两组,观察治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)和左室短轴缩短率(FS)、二尖瓣快速充盈期/心房收缩期血流速度(E/A值)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)的变化。结果治疗组显效率40%,总有效率90%(P<0.01)。结论常规药物加曲美他嗪治疗,可以有效改善患者左心室舒张功能,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on heart failure with normal ejection fraction. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The changes of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular fractional shortening (FS), mitral inflow rapid / atrial systolic velocity (E / A) , Left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) changes. Results In the treatment group, the effective rate was 40% and the total effective rate was 90% (P <0.01). Conclusion Conventional drugs plus trimetazidine treatment can effectively improve left ventricular diastolic function, and no significant adverse reactions.
