该文采用文献资料法,在分析高等体育院系健美操教学现状及学生对健美操认识的基础上,提出了相应的针对高等体育院系健美操教学的发展对策。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of aerobics teaching in higher physical education departments and students' cognition of aerobics, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the development of aerobics teaching in higher physical education departments.
