本文以储罐底板漏磁检测设备为研究对象,以有限元仿真数值模拟为主要研究手段,建立了3D有限元模型并进行了解析法验证,研究了储罐底板板厚、缺陷位置及缺陷形状对测量结果的影响,结果表明底板的剩余板厚及其与检测传感器间距对检测信号数值有较大影响,只依靠对比试板测试数据进行实际检测缺陷比例判定可能会存在误差。
In this paper, the magnetic flux leakage testing equipment for the tank floor is taken as the research object. The finite element simulation numerical simulation is taken as the main research method. The 3D finite element model is established and verified by analytic method. The plate thickness, defect location and defect shape The results show that the remaining thickness of the backplane and the distance between the sensor and the detection sensor have a great influence on the value of the detection signal. It is possible that there is an error in the actual detection of the defect ratio by relying only on the comparison test data.
