研究了热处理对无定形聚醚砜的结构和性能的关系。结果表明,主链含有苯环的刚性链聚醚砜经热处理后,其热性能和力学性能的变化与柔性链高分子的某些规律不同。同时电镜的形态结构分析表明,经热处理后其聚集态确实形成了某种局部有序结构。利用这一事实可使上述热性能和力学性能的变化规律得到较为满意的解释,也为Yeh等人的观点提供了一个实验依据。
The relationship between the heat treatment and the structure and properties of amorphous polyethersulfone was investigated. The results show that the rigid chain polyether sulfone containing benzene ring in the main chain has different thermal and mechanical properties when compared with those of flexible chain macromolecules. At the same time, electron microscopy morphological structure analysis shows that the heat treatment of its aggregation did form some kind of local orderly structure. The use of this fact can make the thermal and mechanical properties of the law of variation is more satisfactory explanation, but also for Yeh et al. Provides an experimental basis.
