这些年来,在我国经济社会不断发展的情况之下,我国开始将建立和谐社会作为新时期的一大发展目标。建立富强、民主、文明、和谐的国家是我国的发展目标,也是建立和谐社会所必不可少的重要组成部分之一。在和谐社会的建立之中,发展和创新群众文化是关键。发展和创新群文化,既可以让广大人民群众的生活更加丰富多彩,又有利于整个社会文化的发展。文化反作用于经济政治的发展,所以,推动文化的发展,对推进我国在经济和政治等方面的进步有着重要的意义。在这里主要谈谈群众文化的特点,目前的发展状况以及如何在和谐社会中发展与创新群众文化。
