自由基生物学的不断发展,从分子水平上向人们揭示了自由基化学在生物体系中的重要作用。目前,自由基化学正向医学的各个领域渗透,并对基础,临床各学科多种生理、病理机理的研究起了积极的推进作用。近年来,在眼科领域中探讨自由基在眼损伤病理作用的文章不断出现。为了展示这一新动态,本文拟就近年来国内、外关于自由基与眼损伤的文献作一综述。内容将涉及自由基概念,生物体内自由基的病理作用及其防御系统和自由基与眼的损伤病理机理。
The continuous development of free radical biology, from the molecular level to reveal to people the important role of free radical chemistry in biological systems. Currently, free radical chemistry is penetrating into all fields of medicine and has played a positive role in promoting the study of various physiological and pathological mechanisms in basic and clinical disciplines. In recent years, articles that explore the role of free radicals in the pathology of eye injury are emerging in the field of ophthalmology. In order to demonstrate this new trend, this article intends to review the recent literature on free radicals and eye damage at home and abroad. The content will be related to the concept of free radicals, the pathological role of free radicals in the body and its defense system and pathology of free radicals and eye damage.
