目的:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食盐中钡的方法。方法:样品经溶解后,溶解液中的钡用硫酸沉淀过滤、清洗,以去除氯化钠的干扰,硫酸钡在碱性EDTA溶液中煮沸溶解,在波长553.6 nm处用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:钡浓度在5.0 mg/L~150 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),方法的检出限为5.3 mg/kg。测定样品的相对标准偏差在2.1%~4.6%之间,回收率在87.8%~98.4%之间。结论:该方法简便、快速和准确,具有较好的实用性。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of barium in salt by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: After the sample was dissolved, the barium in the solution was filtered and washed with sulfuric acid to remove the interference of sodium chloride. The barium sulfate was boiled and dissolved in alkaline EDTA solution and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry at a wavelength of 553.6 nm . Results: The linear range of barium concentration was 5.0 mg / L ~ 150 mg / L (r = 0.9996). The detection limit was 5.3 mg / kg. The relative standard deviations of the determination samples ranged from 2.1% to 4.6%, and the recoveries ranged from 87.8% to 98.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and has good practicability.
