近年来,我国的经济水平不断提高,科学技术也在不断发展,在新的社会形式下,人们的思想也在不断发生变化,这对企业中的党群工作开展产生了一定影响。在电力企业中,日常工作具有一定的专业性,工作内容和党群工作关联性较低,党群工作开展难度较大,影响了企业党群工作的发展。本文针对当前电力企业中党群工作面临的问题,对如何解决这些问题制定了相应对策。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s economy and the continuous development of science and technology, people’s thinking has undergone constant changes in the new social forms, which have exerted a certain influence on the development of party work in enterprises. In power enterprises, the daily work has a certain degree of professionalism. The content of the work has a low correlation with the work of the party and the masses.
