1977年秋,我们教研室成立了历史教研中心组,四个成员都由教师兼任,没有脱产人员.我们的工作一是抓当前,研究当前教学中的实际问题;一是抓长远,提高教师理论和专业知识水平.下面谈谈我们是怎样抓这两项工作的.一、集体备课.除去寒暑假外,平时每月举行两次.全市教师编成三大组:中国古代史组、中国近现代史组、世界史组,选出正副组长.每次备课都有中心发言,由对教材比较熟悉的教师分担.备课时,对教学目的、重点、难点、基础知识、基本训练方法以及板书提纲、教学用具等都进行研究.
