The third annual meeting of the Institute of Production Technology of China Institute of Electronics was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from April 21 to April 26, 1987. A total of 192 delegates from 92 units of factories, institutes and institutes affiliated to 20 provinces (municipalities), autonomous regions and relevant central ministries and commissions in the country attended the conference.
