【目的】使用听觉事件相关电位研究正常学龄前儿童的听觉感觉记忆功能。【方法】使用听觉oddball范式对30~72个月正常学龄前儿童给予纯音刺激,标准刺激和偏离刺激分别为1 000Hz和1 200Hz,二者出现概率分别为0.85和0.15。【结果】正常学龄前儿童出现明确的失匹配负波和晚辨别负波,主要分布在额中央区,平均潜伏期在170~175ms和450~500ms。左右半球在100~250ms时间窗内失匹配负波平均振幅未见显著差异。在F4点男性儿童较女性儿童振幅显著增高。【结论】学龄前儿童具有发育稳定的失匹配负波和晚辨别负波。男女性可能在学龄前期存在听觉感觉记忆加工差别。
【Objective】 To study auditory sensory memory in normal preschool children by using auditory event-related potentials. 【Methods】 Pure auditory oddball was applied to normal preschool children aged 30-72 months. The standard stimulation and deviation stimulation were 1 000 Hz and 1 200 Hz, respectively. The probabilities of the two were 0.85 and 0.15 respectively. 【Results】 The normal preschool children showed a clear negative matching wave and late negative discrimination wave, mainly distributed in the central area with an average latency of 170 ~ 175ms and 450 ~ 500ms. The left and right hemispheres in the 100 ~ 250ms time window lost matches the average amplitude of negative no significant difference. At F4, male children had significantly higher amplitude than female children. 【Conclusion】 Pre-school children have stably lost matches with negative waves and late-discriminated negative waves. Men and women may have hearing sensory memory processing differences in preschool age.
