广东省人民政府:你省报送的《转报汕头市清理整顿交易中心实施方案的函》(粤府函[1998]485号)收悉。根据《国务院办公厅转发证监会清理整顿证券交易中心方案的通知》(国办发[1998]135号)和我会《关于印发周正庆、陈耀先同志在清理整顿证券交易中心工作会议上讲话的通知》(证监[1998]53号)精神,经研究,现批复如下:一、同意你省报送的汕头经济特区证券报价交易中心清产核资和业务分流工作方案。

According to “Circular of the General Office of the State Council for Forwarding the Scheme of the Securities and Futures Commission on Clearing and Reorganizing the Securities and Exchange Center” (Guo Ban Fa [1998] No. 135) and I "Circular on Issuing Comrades Zhou Zhengqing and Chen Yao Xian at the Working Meeting on Liquidation and Reorganization of Securities Exchanges (Zheng Jian [1998] No. 53) spirit, the study is hereby approved as follows: First, you agree to the province submitted Shantou Special Economic Zone Stock Quotes Trading Center clearing assets and business diversion work program.
