“上学最早的,是我;回家最晚的,是我;玩得最少的,作业最多的,睡觉最迟的,最困最累的,是我是我还是我……”这是部分中学生中流传的一首与“校园歌曲”虽说是搞笑了些,然而改动过的歌词却唱出了学生的无奈。在这生活节奏加快的年代里,学习压力倍增。上学时,时常看到同学打哈欠,精神状态不佳,学习效率低,睡眠不足,导致中学生的身体机能也出现问题。睡眠不足,不但会影响中学生的身体健康,还会影响学生的学习成绩。
