目的建立微波消解前处理-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)快速检测方便面中铬(Cr)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)等重金属的含量。方法方便面样品经最佳微波消解程序处理后,采用ICP-MS测定Cr、As、Cd元素的含量;同时与GB 5009-2014进行对比验证方法的可行性,并对市售方便面中铬、砷、镉的含量进行检测。结果对空白样品进行1、5和10μg/kg 3个水平加标,平均回收率为96.1%~104.7%,相对标准偏差小于5.52%。Cr、As和Cd元素在0~50μg/kg浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.99。本方法测得不同品牌方便面铬浓度在34.78~131.67μg/kg之间,总砷的浓度在8.33~21.76μg/kg之间,镉的浓度在11.42~21.52μg/kg之间,均未超出国家标准限量。结论该方法快速准确,可适用于方便面中重金属含量的测定。
Objective To establish a microwave digestion pretreatment - inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for rapid determination of heavy metals such as chromium, arsenic and cadmium in instant noodles. Methods The samples of instant noodles were treated by the best microwave digestion procedure, and the contents of Cr, As, Cd were determined by ICP-MS. The feasibility of the method was verified by comparison with GB 5009-2014. Cadmium content was tested. Results The spiked samples were spiked at 3 levels of 1, 5 and 10 μg / kg with the average recoveries of 96.1% -104.7% and the relative standard deviations less than 5.52%. The linear relationship between Cr, As and Cd concentrations in the range of 0 ~ 50μg / kg was good, with the correlation coefficients r greater than 0.99. According to the method, the chromium concentration of instant noodles of different brands was between 34.78-131.67 μg / kg, the total arsenic concentration was between 8.33-21.76 μg / kg and the concentration of cadmium was between 11.42-21.52 μg / kg, all of which did not exceed the national standards Standard limit. Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate and can be applied to the determination of heavy metals in instant noodles.
