本文首先对公路施工单位财务风险的类型进行分析说明,并阐述了财务风险的来源;接着,从风险的根源入手,对财务风险管理的办法进行阐述,最后指出了施工单位财务风险管理的要点所在。本文认为,财务预算是进行施工单位财务风险管理的重要方法之一,有助于施工单位财务管理效力的提升。希望通过这些总结,能够为各施工单位的财务风险管理工作提供帮助和建议。
Firstly, this paper analyzes and explains the types of financial risk of highway construction companies, and expounds the sources of financial risks. Then, starting with the root causes of risks, it elaborates the methods of financial risk management, and finally points out the main points of financial risk management of construction units . This paper argues that the financial budget is one of the important ways to carry out the financial risk management of the construction unit, which is helpful to the improvement of the financial management efficiency of the construction unit. Hope that through these summaries, we can provide help and suggestions for the financial risk management of all construction units.
