200例男性不育症患者的外周血淋巴细胞的染色体分析表明,在细胞分裂中期染色体畸变率明显提高,达20.5％,其中结构异常占21.95％(9/41),数量异常占78.05％(32/41)。男性不育者的姐妹染色单体交换率有不同程度的增高(P<0.05)。
Chromosomal analysis of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 200 male infertile patients showed that the chromosome aberration rate was significantly increased by 20.5% in the metaphase of cell division, of which structural abnormalities accounted for 21.95% (9/41) and abnormal numbers accounted for 78.05% (32 / 41). Male infertile sister sister chromatid exchange rate increased to varying degrees (P <0.05).
