由于我国经济体制处于转轨阶段,我国企业债券发展中的成绩与问题是交织在一起的。从促进经济持续增长的角度看,我国企业债券及其市场的发展发挥了一定的筹措资金的作用,但是从发展我国资本市场,使“市场发挥配置资源基础作用”的要求看,我国企业债券及其市场还应更规范地发展。
