《中共四川省委四川省人民政府关于实施工业强省战略的决定》,作为省委2006年5号文件正式下发。《决定》指出,工业强省是推进四川发展新跨越的重大战略,要强力实施工业强省战略,把我省建成具有国际国内重要影响的特色资源开发基地和中西部最具竞争力的现代制造业强省。《决定》对我省实施工业强省战略的意义、思路、目标、措施作出了系统阐述。按照《决定》的要求,省经委、省科技厅、省国土资源厅、省环境保护局、人民银行成都分行、四川证监局、省委组织部7部门分别出台配套文件。
“Decision of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government of Sichuan Province on Implementing the Strategy of a Strong Province in Industrialization” was officially released as document No. 5 of the Provincial Party Committee in 2006. The “Decision” pointed out that a strong industrialized province is a major strategy for promoting a new leap forward in Sichuan’s development. It is necessary to vigorously implement the strategy of a strong industrial province and build our province into a special resource development base with major international and domestic influences and the most competitive modern manufacturing in the central and western regions Industry strong province. “Decision” made a systematic exposition on the significance, train of thought, goals and measures of implementing the strategy of industrializing provinces in our province. According to the requirements of the Decision, the provincial Economic Commission, Provincial Science and Technology Department, Provincial Department of Land and Resources, Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau, Chengdu Branch of the People’s Bank of China, Sichuan Securities Regulatory Bureau and Provincial Department of Organization 7 departments respectively issued supporting documents.
