库尔勒香梨是新疆的著名特产水果之一,皮薄多汁,有浓郁香味,采后经一段时间贮藏则更为可口;品质之佳可与国内最优良的梨相媲美。但在贮藏期间存在绉缩、腐烂等问题,影响商品价值。为了延长市场供应时间,改善贮藏香梨质量,近几年来,我们对香梨进行了不同贮藏条件,不同包装方法及果实采后生理变化规律的研究,现将结果介绍如下。
Korla fragrant pear Xinjiang is one of the famous specialty fruits, thin and juicy, rich flavor, after a period of storage after harvest is more delicious; good quality and the best pear comparable. However, there are shrinkage, decay and other issues during storage, affecting the value of the commodity. In order to prolong the market supply time and improve the quality of stored pear, in recent years, we conducted different storage conditions, different packaging methods and physiological changes of pear after harvest, the results are described below.
