[目的]了解2型糖尿病及其合并微血管病变患者中血浆内脏脂肪素水平的状况。[方法]对2型糖尿病有微血管病变组61例、2型糖尿病无微血管病变组99例、健康对照组30例,测定其血浆脂肪素水平,同时测定糖尿病患者的血糖、血压、血脂、C肽水平,比较3组间血浆脂肪素平均水平。[结果]糖尿病微血管病变组、糖尿病无微血管病变组及正常对照组血浆脂肪素水平分别为(1.90±0.56)ng/ml、(2.04±0.69)ng/ml、(1.00±0.33)ng/ml,糖尿病人组与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),但微血管病变组与无微血管病变组之间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);在糖尿病患者中,血浆脂肪素水平与TG成正相关,与HDL成负相关。[结论]2型糖尿病患者血浆脂肪素水平明显升高,但在有糖尿病微血管病变的患者中,血浆脂肪素水平与无并发症的糖尿病患者无明显不同,提示血浆脂肪素与2型糖尿病微血管病变的发生发展无密切关系。
[Objective] To understand the status of plasma visfatin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its associated microangiopathy. [Method] There were 61 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy, 99 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus without microvascular disease and 30 cases of healthy control group. However, in patients with diabetic microangiopathy, plasma adiponectin levels are not significantly different from those without complications, suggesting that plasma adiponectin and type 2 diabetes microangiopathy There is no close relationship between the occurrence and development.
