●在对外开放上取得新的突破,事关武汉“九五”大局●营造微观经济基础,是武汉经济体制改革的中心环节●以增量带动存量,是武汉实施产业结构战略性调整的成功经验●政府的名牌战略应是着眼于城市形象的大名牌战略改革开放以来,武汉市委、市政府领导全市人民,在邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论和党的基本路线指引下,努力探索既具有中国特色,顺应社会主义市场经济规律,又切合武汉市情特点的改革与发展道路。认真总结这些发展思路和成功经验,对指导和推动我市今后的经济社会发展具有重要意义。
