人类的消费模式是在社会化的进程中形成的,消费与社会中的每个人息息相关,其中房地产的交易更是关系着社会经济正常运行的重大问题。本文拟从消费者权益保护法的角度来说明房地产交易对于社会经济的健康发展以及改善人民生活的重要性,其次结合我国实际情况,就如何完善我国房地产市场提出合理化的法律建议。
Human consumption patterns are formed in the process of socialization. Consumption is closely related to everyone in the society. Real estate transactions are also major issues that affect the normal operation of social economy. This article intends to illustrate the importance of real estate transactions for the healthy development of society and economy and the improvement of people ’s lives from the perspective of consumer rights protection law. Secondly, according to China ’ s actual conditions, this paper puts forward legal suggestions on how to perfect our real estate market.
