事实上,评价一家企业是否优秀,你只需要关注企业的客户回头率和员工离职率,换句话说,企业是否优秀由用户和员工说了算。人们常常羡慕别人的生活,因为他们只看到外表;工作中也常看到一些人不断跳槽,加入一家心怡的企业之后才发现与自己之前想象的完全不同。几年前当我从世界500强企业高管位置上辞职的时候,很多人感到不解,因为他们只看到这家企业曾经的辉煌和名气,只有置身其中的人才能体会真实的感受。
In fact, to evaluate whether a company is excellent, you only need to pay attention to the enterprise’s customer retention rate and employee turnover rate.
