如何在课堂教学中贯彻素质教育的精神,培养学生的创新意。与创新能力,已引起了大家的高度重视。本期,我刊特别推荐鹤岗市“主体参与、分层教学、异步达标”课改经验。“主体参与、分层教学、异步达标”是鹤岗市深入调查研究,借鉴外地经验,结合本地情况,经多年探索及大范围的实践之后总结出的具有一定超前意识的课堂教学改革模式。这是我省在实施素质教育中取得的又一成果。 鹤岗市作为市级素质教育实验区,近年来工作取得了有目共睹的成绩。省教委先后两次在鹤岗市召开素质教育实验区工作现场会,推广其经验。他们在全市范围内大搞写宇教育,被国家授予全国唯一一家市级写字教育实验区,在省内外也产生了良好的反响。 鹤岗市几年间取得的一项又一项成绩,在工作具体思路上至少有两点可供借鉴。首先,教委领导对教学问题是真重视,是真抓。无论是课改实验还是写字教育,教委领导都是深入基层深入一线,亲自研究学习总结,起到了带头作用。 其次,教育行政部门与教学研究部门密切合作,形成合力。政策保障与智力支持是工作取得成效的两个关键环节。鹤岗市恰恰做到了这两个环节的彼此依存,丝丝入扣,因而工作开展迅速,成效也十分显著。 课改问题尚处于探索阶段,鹤岗市的经验可以作为我们的工作参?
