钛合金表面涂覆具有优异的物理化学性能,在航空航天领域被广泛应用,但钛合金的低硬度和低耐磨性能使它的应用受到了限制。激光熔覆因为其熔覆层与基体结合紧密、无污染等优点成为钛合金表面改性研究的热点之一。本文通过对国内外钛合金激光熔覆技术研究现状的综述,阐述了在钛合金表面激光熔覆的抗氧化涂层、耐腐蚀涂层、激光耐磨涂层、激光生物涂层等方面的研究进展,介绍了激光熔覆的熔覆材料、工艺及参数对激光熔覆层的影响。
Titanium alloy surface coating has excellent physicochemical properties, is widely used in aerospace, but the low hardness and low wear resistance of titanium alloy its application has been limited. Laser cladding is one of the hot topics in the research of surface modification of titanium alloys because of its close combination of cladding layer and substrate, and pollution-free. In this paper, the current situation of research on laser cladding of titanium alloy at home and abroad is summarized, and the research on laser cladding anti-oxidation coating, corrosion-resistant coating, laser wear-resistant coating and laser bio-coating on titanium alloy surface The effects of cladding material, process and parameters of laser cladding on laser cladding were introduced.
