余江县地处赣中,是一个30万人口的农业小县,受全县经济增长缓慢和教学点分散的影响,基础教育比较薄弱,尤其是偏远农村学校,教学条件落后,教学信息闭塞,严重地制约了全县教育教学水平的整体提高。近几年来,余江县整合各种教育资源,因地制宜地制定了“重点抓师资、重心在农村”的课改工作方针,斥巨资启动了“农村中小学远程教育建设工程”,在较短的时间内实现了全县的校校通工程,并构建了顺应课改要求的农村教研新模式。在这一工程的推动下,余江县农村教师快速地专业化成长起来,他们的知识更全面了,视野更开阔了,能够利用更多的域外资源为教学服务,因而课堂更活了,学生更乐了,从而大面积地提高了全县的教育教学质量,极大地推进了农村课改。2005年12月,距县城25公里的该县锦江小学的齐方老师经过层层选拔,代表江西省参加第七届全国小学数学教学改革观摩会,执教的“比在生活中”一课在观摩会上荣获一等奖。
Located in Langzhong, Yujiang County is a small agricultural county with a population of 300,000. Affected by the slow economic growth of the county and the decentralization of teaching sites, basic education is relatively weak, especially in remote rural schools. The teaching conditions are backward and the teaching information is blocked. Seriously restricted the overall improvement of education and teaching level in the county. In recent years, Yujiang County has integrated various educational resources and formulated guidelines for the reform of “focusing on teachers and center of gravity in rural areas” in response to local conditions. It has launched a large-scale “distance education for rural primary and secondary schools” in a short period of time. During the time, the county’s school-university project was implemented, and a new model of rural teaching and research that complied with the requirements of curriculum reform was constructed. Under the impetus of this project, rural teachers in Yujiang County grew rapidly and professionally. Their knowledge was more comprehensive and their horizons were more open. They could use more extra-territorial resources to serve the teaching, and thus the classroom became more active. More fun, thus greatly improving the county’s quality of education and teaching, and greatly promoted rural curriculum reform. In December 2005, Qi Fang, a teacher from the Jinjiang Elementary School in the county, 25 kilometers from the county, was selected on behalf of Jiangxi Province to participate in the 7th National Primary School Mathematics Education Reform and Observation Conference. He was taught to observe the “More than in life” lesson. He won the first prize at the conference.
