1病例资料患者,女,53岁,于11年前诊断为慢性淋巴细胞白血病。2016年2月复出现颈部淋巴结肿大,无疼痛及压痛,先后于2016年3月、4月、6月于乳山市人民医院行氟达拉滨(江苏奥赛康药业股份有限公司,批号:E1602011)50 mg,d1-5化疗方案,好转后出院。患者既往无高血压、糖尿病及冠心病史,无肝炎、结核等传染病史,无药物及食物过敏史。2016年9月8日,患者再次来入院维持化疗,
A case data, female, 53 years old, diagnosed as chronic lymphocytic leukemia 11 years ago. In February 2016, there were swollen neck lymph nodes, no pain and tenderness. At March 2016, April and June 2016, we received a series of tests on Fludarabine in Rushan People’s Hospital (Jiangsu Oxygen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., : E1602011) 50 mg, d1-5 chemotherapy, improved after discharge. Patients without prior hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease history, no history of hepatitis, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases, no drug and food allergy history. On September 8, 2016, patients were admitted to hospital again to maintain chemotherapy.
