The traditional concept of health that health refers only to a person without illness, it shows that the individual’s body is in a disease-free state. However, social changes and rapid modernization have profoundly changed the human society from material technology to the spiritual world. Diseases such as tuberculosis, typhoid fever and dysentery caused by poverty and poor living conditions have been greatly reduced. However, the modernization has created even more tense Social environment and the corresponding psychological burden of the people, the resulting disease such as headache, high blood pressure, or hostility to people, suspicion, jealousy, inferiority, periodic allergies and other rapidly increasing incidence. The young people are experiencing the rapid development of interpersonal relationships, the multiplication of life roles and fierce social competition. The psychological and behavioral health is even more urgent and necessary. Therefore, the purely physiological explanation of “health” can not adapt to the development of modern society.
