从裂褶菌(schizophyllum Commune Fries)组织培养产物提取的多精,经乙醇分级沉淀与超滤膜分离得到两组葡聚糖SP-1,SP-2,经电泳、超离心试验证明为均匀体,分子量分别为5.4×10~5,7×10~4,完全水解,过碘酸氧化,Smith降解。甲基化、红外光谱、气相色谱、气—质联谱分析,初步证明结构特征SP-1为β(1→3)位糖甙键和4个葡萄糖基含有一个β(1→6)位支链的葡聚糖,SP-2为β(1→3)和β(1→6)位连接的葡聚糖,SP-1有文献报导,SP-2未见报导。
