试验通过杂交与植物生长调节剂处理、以及植物生长调节剂处理结合胚珠培养,克服甘薯组A系列与B系列种间的杂交不亲和性,研究结果表明:前一种做法有克服杂交不亲和性的作用,但获得种子的机率低,而且即使获得种子,也大部份不发芽,或发芽后生长异常,中途夭亡;后一种做法则效果明显。①植物生长调节剂2,4-D处理甘薯组A系列B系列种间杂交组合,须与胚珠培养相结合,才能获得A系列与B系列种间杂支种植株。②在不亲和种间杂交组合I.triloba(2n=2x=30)xI.trifida(2n=4x=60)中成功获得杂种植株4棵,细胞学鉴定结果杂种体细胞染色体数2n=45,证明为种间杂种,种间杂种H1、H2和H3移栽温室成活。生长繁茂,并都现蕾开花。花器中均不具雄蕊,而有多雌盔现象。因此本研究结果进一步证明了植物生长调节剂处理与胚珠培养相结合是克服种间杂交不亲和性和挽救杂种夭亡的有效途径。另外也发现甘薯组A、B系列的种间杂交,非常符合其它作物远缘杂交规律,既在受精前存在一系列困难,也在受精成功后存在一系列困难。
