传统的钢筋焊接工艺易存在焊缝不饱满、焊接长度不足、钢筋烧伤严重等各种质量问题。滚轧直螺纹钢筋接头与传统的钢筋焊接工艺相比具有接头质量稳定、施工速度快、标准化施工程度高、施工安全程度高、节约钢筋加工成本等特点,具有广泛的应用和推广价值。本文就结合滚轧直螺纹钢筋连接工艺在本项目的应用,与传统钢筋焊接工艺在质量技术和综合效益方面的优势进行对比分析,通过实践证明直螺纹套筒连接技术的成熟性,推广普及这种先进的连接方式。
Traditional steel welding process is prone to weld is not full, welding length is not enough, severe steel bar and other quality problems.
