传统能源企业尤其是大型煤炭企业,开发建设时间长、离退休人员基数大,居住相对集中,他们都是开发建设的功臣,并且子女甚至孙子、外孙都在一个企业工作和生活。近年来,在全国煤炭企业普遍步入“严冬”的情况下,企业离退休职工服务工作面临新情况、新问题、新挑战。广大离退休职工更加关心企业的改革发展,盼望企业度危求进、逆势突围、迅速扭转被动局面的愿望日益迫切。我认为,应该主动适应新变化,以新的思路措施把服
Traditional energy enterprises, especially large-scale coal enterprises, have a long development period and a large base of retired personnel and relatively concentrated residences.
