全军政工会议指出:“要把开展‘四有、三讲、两不怕’的活动,引深到树立社会主义和共产主义的理想这个核心内容上来。”怎样做好这个“引深”工作?四月份,我和机关的几个同志,带着这个题目作了一点调查研究,先后同三个师、四个团的十多名师、团领导和六十多名基层干部战士进行了交谈。从我们调查的情况看,去年下半年以来,理想教育逐步引起各级的重视,许多单位进行了试点和研究。普遍反映这即是当前深入开展精神文明活动迫切需要解决的一个重要课题,又是大家都感到有点“挠头”的一个难题。通过调查,我们认为,当前有这样几个问题需要认真加以研究和解决:

In April, several comrades with the authorities made a little investigation and study on this topic and they successively held talks with more than 10 teachers, group leaders and more than 60 grassroots cadres from three divisions, four regiments. From our survey, since the second half of last year, the ideal education has gradually attracted the attention of all levels and many units have conducted pilot projects and studies. It generally reflects that this is an important issue urgently needed to be resolved in deepening the activities of spiritual civilization. It is also a problem that everyone feels a little “scratching his head”. Through the investigation, we think that there are several issues that need to be seriously studied and solved:
