目的:同时测定复方银翘氨酚维C片中连翘苷、绿原酸、马来酸氯苯那敏、维生素C和对乙酰氨基酚5种组分的含量。方法:采用Waters Xselect C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钠(pH 3.0),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长230 nm,柱温35℃。结果:维生素C、对乙酰氨基酚、绿原酸、马来酸氯苯那敏、连翘苷分别在0.500~200.200,0.499~199.600,0.501~200.100,0.502~200.900,0.488~195.400μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系(r>0.999),平均回收率分别为99.3%(RSD=1.5%)、97.8%(RSD=1.7%)、98.5%(RSD=1.1%)、97.1%(RSD=1.7%)、99.8%(RSD=1.2%)(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,可用于复方氨酚维C银翘片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneously determine the contents of five components of forsythin, chlorogenic acid, chlorpheniramine maleate, vitamin C and acetaminophen in compound AstraZeneca C tablet. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1 mol·L -1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 3.0) with gradient elution on a Waters Xselect C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength 230 nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: Vitamin C, acetaminophen, chlorogenic acid, chlorpheniramine maleate and forsythin were respectively in the range of 0.500 ~ 200.200,0.499 ~ 199.600,0.501 ~ 200.100,0.502 ~ 200.900,0.488 ~ 195.400μg · ml ~ The average recoveries were 99.3% (RSD = 1.5%), 97.8% (RSD = 1.7%), 98.5% (RSD = 1.1%) and 97.1% (RSD = 1.7%), 99.8% (RSD = 1.2%) (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, high sensitivity, and can be used for quality control of compound paracetamol C Yinqiao tablets.
