工业科学革命具有四个一般方面:化学革命,标准和规格革命,电子学和自动化革命以及能的革命。日益需要“重新彻底思考”工业科学革命推广到所有工业系统的主要分支中去的可能性和意义。在技术方面,第一组问题同根据优先考虑原料保存来重新规定技术改革的研究方向和重新制订技术改革的计划有关,第二组问题同成本的意义和正确性有关,第三组问题则可以称做“文化”问题。在经济方面,要“重新彻底思考”的是同成本不确定性有关的问题以及“竞争对壟断”的问题。研究工业科学革命的其它理由则是:“不发达国家”必须“重新彻底思考”新工业体系的结构和组织,把整个经济迅速转变过来,否则就找不到摆脱它们所处的困境的道路。
The industrial science revolution has four general aspects: chemical revolution, standard and specification revolution, electronics and automation revolution, and the revolution that can be made. There is a growing need for the possibility and significance of “re-thinking” the extension of the industrial science revolution to all major branches of the industrial system. On the technical side, the first group of issues is related to the reorientation of the research direction of technical reforms and the reformulation of technical reforms based on the preservation of raw materials. The second group of issues is related to the significance and correctness of costs. The third group of issues is Called “cultural” issue. On the economic front, “re-thinking” is about the issues of cost uncertainty and the issue of “competition versus monopoly.” Other reasons for studying the industrial science revolution are that “underdeveloped countries” must “re-think through” the structure and organization of the new industrial system and rapidly transform the entire economy, or find themselves unable to get out of the predicament they are in.
