人教版普通高中课程标准试验教科书《物理》(以下简称新教材)在内容设置上除了更注重物理学科的特点和学生的认知规律以外,还在教材很多地方设置了一些带有说明性或启发性的辅助材料,笔者称之为“旁注”。旁注短小精悍,是新教材的有机组成,在新教材中有重要作用。在实际教学中,如果巧妙使用,就可以收到“秤砣虽小压千斤”的教学效果。下面我结合教学实际,对旁注在新教材中的作用进行简单归纳,以供参考。一、对教材内容进行设问,培养学生的探究能力
